Sugar Cookie Brownies
What I love about these Sugar Cookie Brownies is that they are a hit no matter where I take them! Well, that’s one thing. The other thing is that they are so simple and easy to make. The kids can even help make them! That’s how easy it is to do!
What you need:
- Package of sugar cookie mix and the ingredients on the package (or package of premade sugar cookie dough)
- 19.5 oz Box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- Chocolate chips (if desired)
What you do:
- Heat the over to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 glass dish.
- Prepare your sugar cookie dough according to the directions on the package. Press cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. If you use prepacked cookie dough from the refrigerated aisle this is even quicker!
- In a large bowl combine the brownie mix, eggs, and oil. Stir well until combined.
- Pour brownie batter over the layer of cookie dough.
- If desired sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from over and allow to cool before cutting.

This time I opted to skip the chocolate chips because these are so fudgey on their own! But it’s fun to add a bit of a twist by adding different chips like peppermint, peanut butter, or cinnamon!
I will warn you that you better snag some quick once they’ve cooled! These go fast at my house! And when J and Grambo take them to work, they are always met with rave reviews!
So easy and so delicious!
