Kraft Pourables Anything Dressing
I was on a mission. Ranch dressing was my target. Kraft Pourables Anything Dressing was my focus because of the amazing variety of flavors available. I have been slacking when it comes to cooking for my family the past few weeks. I blame back to school. Starting a new school year always wears me out. The last thing I want to do after a long day teaching is make dinner. I’ll admit it. I know I’m probably not alone.
But this weekend I wanted to make something tasty for my family. I wanted something quick but that I knew they would enjoy. I decided on bean and cheese nachos. Normally I would make them with chicken or beef but Grambo is trying to eat less meat these days. So beans and cheese were on the shopping list.
I knew the nachos needed a little something more. A little zest, a little kick. Taco Ranch Dip was the perfect (and easy) solution!

While shopping at Walmart for Kraft Ranch Anything Dressing (it’s not just for salads these days), I got distracted by the amazing variety of flavors available. I’m already planning a meal to make using the Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper Anything Dressing! Kraft Anything Dressings are going to get me back into the kitchen!

Taco Ranch Dip
Bean and cheese nachos are a breeze to make. I preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Then I layer a glass baking pan with chips. Drain the black beans and layer on top of the chips. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. So simple but so tasty!
The Taco Ranch Dip is just as easy!

You only need two ingredients to make the dip.
- 2 cups Ranch dressing
- 1 TBS. taco seasoning
Those are the general proportions that I start with when I’m making the dip. It’s always good to start with less taco seasoning because you can always add more. When you start adding more ranch, you start making more dip!

This dip is so easy that the kids can help make it! All you have to do is measure and then stir until smooth. I definitely recommend making sure that you stir well so all of the seasoning is mixed in. It’s also easier to mix if you start with less of the seasoning and add more as you go.

Within minutes, the taco ranch dressing was ready! I put the nachos in the oven and then made the dip. They were ready right about the same time. It took me about 15 minutes to prepare the entire meal! Oh, and I spent just over $8 for all of the ingredients. So for about $8 I fed my family of 5! Quick, easy, and affordable! That is my kind of meal!

It was great to get in the kitchen and whip up a meal for my family. They enjoyed it and we still have chips and some of our anything dressing leftover to use in another meal! That makes this meal even more affordable!
As a busy mom, quick and affordable are second only to tasty when it comes to making meals! I’m already thinking up meal ideas to use with some of the other flavors of Kraft Anything Dressings! Kraft Italian Roasted Red Pepper is definitely next on my list!

Your taco dip sounds so good. I am going to have to remember it the next time we have tacos. I bet it would taste just as good on a taco as nachos.
