It’s exciting to be feeling strong and successful at the end of week two of my FFIT at Home program. I’m already changing my habits and make better choices each day. I’m feeling better about myself and I’m feeling healthier. It’s definitely a great feeling!










Well, I decided that I’m going to run at least 3x per week and of all weeks to start, my husband is traveling most of the week…lol! I guess I better plan better next time.

5 lbs is awesome! I am trying to figure out the best way for me to lose weight and keep it off. I tried to limit my ice capps from Tim Hortons but find I’m eating more instead. They actually fill me up so I’m getting all those calories but eating less food. Not sure which is better.
