Have you heard of Move100? It’s a new fitness initiative encouraging everyone to be active for at least 100 minutes a day. With the right motivation, inspiration and tools, you can move your way to a healthier, happier you. With the help of some fitness tools by Sportline, Move100 wants to help raise awareness about this new initiative, the new products, as well as the sweepstakes they have going on our page to win $5,000.

We will be talking about ways to get active. As a woman who lost over 80 pounds by getting active and changing the way I eat, this is a cause that is close to my heart. I’m once again on a weight loss journey, so I know how important it is to get moving whenever you can!
