My Swim Baby is a one-stop shop for everything you may need for a day by the pool or at the beach. I first discovered My Swim Bay while searching for reusable swim diapers for W to use this past summer. I was pleased by the great selection of swim diapers they offered, but was even more impressed by the wide variety of products offered. They offer swimsuits and rash guards as well as swim shoes, swim totes, water baby carriers, and picnic blankets! They really seem to have everything you might need for a day out in the sun! I wish I would have discovered My Swim Baby much earlier because I would have been much better prepared for our trips to the beach!
As I explored the My Swim Baby website, I was pleased to see a brand that I have grown to love since W was born and that is PlanetWise. All of our wet bags for our cloth diapers are PlanetWise and they have worked wonderfully for us. I was thrilled to discover that My Swim Baby offers some PlanetWise products I didn’t even know were available including the PlanetWise Sports Bag and the PlanetWise Swim/Diaper Bag. I love the look of both of these bags and I know I love the quality of PlanetWise wet bags so I was pleased when I had the opportunity to try one of these bags.
We received the PlanetWise Sports Bag in the Owls print. Yes, I was ecstatic to get the Owls print because I absolutely adore it. It is just as cute in person as it is online!I love the colors and how well the print goes with the chocolate-brown of the mail bag.
The Planet Wise Sports Bag is a backpack design, lightweight, drawstring bag that is made of a waterproof material and has sewn and sealed seams so there will be no leaks or wicking! This makes the bag great for a variety of purposes. Inside the bag, there are two areas — one for dry things and one for wet things! This means you don’t need to carry plastic bags around for your wet things.
We took our bag to the beach with us and I used it to carry some dry clothes for W. We put our keys, phones, camera, and an extra pacifier in the front pocket. The front pocket is zippered which is great for keeping things safe from sand when you’re at the beach!
At the end of our day in the sand, I put the dry clothes on W and put his wet things in the bag. The bag sat in the back of the car for the entire drive home (which was a little over an hour) and there weren’t any leaks. I accidentally left the camera in the front pocket as well and it was perfectly fine!
This has become one of my favorite bags. I love using it for quick trips out because of the backpack design but I also love knowing we have an additional wetbag that is easy to take on the go. I’m really glad I discovered that PlanetWise made the wetbag in this design!
