We love to go out to eat. It’s just a fact.
I don’t love the mess that W leaves behind at restaurants. I know he’s just a little guy and it’s to be expected, but I do my best to clean up as much as I can.
The Neatnik Saucer High Chair cover helps me battle the mess!
Neatnik Saucer High Chair Cover
The Neatnik Saucer is designed to fit restaurant style high chairs. It helps keep food and toys on the table and off the floor! The Rome Neatnik Saucer that we received to try features a write and wipe surface that I was very interested in. It also comes with a set of crayons.
All-in-One Table Topper & High Chair Cover
The Neatnik Saucer is a PTPA award-winning product which always catches my eye. It comes in a carrying case and is easy to clean. Those are two qualities that are important to me when it comes to a baby product for on the go. Although many baby products are easy to use when trying them out at home so I was ready to see how it worked in the restaurant setting.
Fits Restaurant Style Highchairs
The Neatnik Saucer was large enough to be positioned in the high chair and cover a nice amount of the table. Getting W’s feet in through the holes of the saucer and the high chair was a bit tricky because he was wearing shoes. I think it would have been easier if he didn’t have shoes on. But I got him seated.
It was easy to secure the cover to the table with the attached suction cups. I was pleased to find that they held onto the table fairly well. I only had to reattach one side once during the meal. This is better than some other products I have that utilize suction cups to keep them secured. W is usually stronger than the average suction cup!
Rome Neatnik Saucer Features Write On and Wipe Off Surface
If you have an artist in the family who doesn’t enjoy the wait for food at restaurants, the Rome Neatnik Saucer provides a great solution. The saucer comes with crayons that your little one can use to draw right on the Neatnik! When you clean it up with soapy water after the meal, the crayon wipes off and you’re ready for next time!
Unfortunately we haven’t gotten to use the crayons as much as I anticipated. W is in a phase where he likes to take a bite of off every crayon while coloring. It seems like red and blue are his favorites!
The Rome Neatnik Saucer is available for $32.95 on the Neatnik Saucer website. It is designed for ages 6 months and up and is available in a variety of styles. To learn more, check out Neatnik Saucer on Facebook or on Twitter @neatniksaucer.
