affirMOMtions: body image affirmations for moms

Body image has been on my mind a lot lately so this week I thought I would share a few more body image affirmations!

  1. I look wonderful!
  2. I really, really love you.
  3. I am comfortable in my clothes.
  4. I listen to my body’s messages and take appropriate action.

Affirmations are positive statements you can repeat to yourself regularly to put healthy, quality beliefs into your subconscious to help you become happier, healthier, and wealthier (or any other thing you desire). AffirMOMtions are affirmations for moms, especially busy moms! If you find yourself having negative thoughts, stop yourself and say something positive. Moms are amazing!

  1. I love affirmations! I did hypno-birthing twice and the best part of it were the daily affirmations I would listen to everyday. They were so empowering!
