Back to School with Monsters University
With Spring Break right around the corner I should be thinking about having a week off from school right? Except that I have back to school on my mind instead! Going back to school with Monsters University, that is! Yes, I have higher education in mind. Going back to get my Ph.D. this summer? Um… no thanks. My Master’s Degree is enough unless I can head back to school with Mike Wazowski and Sulley!
Last year I got my re-introduction to Monsters, Inc. and remembered just how much I loved the movie. But I have spent a lot of time in school… in college, to be exact. After switching schools a few times for my undergrad, I finally graduated with my Bachelor’s degree and then decided to get my Master’s degree right before W was born. That’s a lot of education.
And I’m still not qualified to be a Scarer.
So I’m eager to see what happens when Mike’s dreams of becoming a Scarer are thrown for a loop during his first semester when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, “Sulley”, who is a natural-born Scarer. The competitive spirit gets a little out of control and they both end up getting booted from the University’s elite Scare Program.
Yes, I love a good prequel!
Especially when it comes to two of my favorite monsters!
