Joovy StepTool Gives Family a Step Up

Recently I have learned a lot about Joovy and the their line of products. I was interested after seeing a few products including their strollers and high chairs. Once I learned more about the company, I fell in love. Joovy is a family run business that believes in creating family friendly products that useful, practical, and attractive!

Although W is tall, I know we are coming into a time when we will need a step stool. My concern when looking for one is sturdiness and affordability. I wanted something that wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg. I wanted something that would last and would be safe for him.

Enter the Joovy StepTool step stool.

Sturdy and Safe Design

The Joovy StepTool features a non-slip rubber top and bottom. I love that it is included on both because it ensures that the step stool isn’t going to go sliding around underneath W when he stands on it. He isn’t afraid of standing on things. I’m the one who worries. W will stand on anything including his little wagon!

The design is also very sturdy so everyone in the family can use it! J is a big guy but the StepTool is designed to support up to 300 pounds which easily covers him! So it’s a step stool that can be used by the entire family! That’s getting my money’s worth!

Affordable and Practical

Best of all, with the Joovy StepTool I got all of the features (and a good looking step stool) for $19.99! I love how affordable the stool is because I can afford to have a few. With the layout of my house, it would be great for us to have at least three stools so I don’t have to drag them all over the house.

I can see the StepTool being a huge help in the bathrooms when we start potty training. There is no way W could reach the sink to wash his hands without a step stool! Although he thinks it’s more fun to put toys in right now, I know it will be a valuable tool for us very soon. Since everyone can use it, I think it will be part of our family for many years to come!

I would probably use this in the bathroom so my grandsons can reach the sink to wash their own hands.

I love that even though this stool is made for kids, it has a high weight limit so that that Hubs or I can use it if needed!

  3. Cassandra Eastman says

I am so impressed with this! I love that it has such a high weight limit, but it’d mostly be used by my kids to wash there hands :)

  4. Laura Love says

This sounds like a great product! I love that it can hold up to 300 pounds, so that if my husband or I need to reach something out of the attic, we can use it too.

We are constantly using our beat up old step stool. My granddaughter uses it to reach the faucet to wash her hands It slips sometimes and she has had a few falls. This would be a great replacement. I also like that it can hold an adult. I am short and can’t reach things on the higher shelves in my kitchen.

  6. Alisha Hodges says

I love that this has the non-slip pad, and I love how simple it looks. One thing I’ve noticed about Joovy is there products aren’t filled with tons of multi-colors. They have simple designs and I love that.

With all the inventive– while often comical– ways my kids have managed to reach the higher surfaces in our home, this little stool seems like a handy little thing to keep around… if not one of the bare necessities!
