Another busy week for me. I doubt I’m the only mom feeling this way. Most of the kids are back in school but that doesn’t mean things slow down! If you’re feeling busy and overextended already, just take some time. Even if you just snag a few moments a day, slow down and take a deep breath. Try a few of these daily positive affirmations for moms to help keep your mind focused on the positive.

- My life is full and complete.
- I delight in the little things each day. (Pay attention to your child’s laughter, a clear blue sky, or the smell of dinner baking in the oven.)
These three affirmations are so simple. But they are some of the most powerful for me. They are easy to remember and can be said in just a few moments. When I’m starting to feel stressed out, I just take a deep breath and use these to help me focus on all that’s good in my life!
