Celebrate Lobsterfest at Red Lobster
I’ll admit that I have a bit of a love for seafood. J and I have been on more than a few dinner dates that involved a stop at a seafood restaurant. So when we moved into our new house I was thrilled to discover just how close our local Red Lobster is to the house! It makes it easy to stop in and enjoy Lobsterfest!
Are you a Red Lobster fan? Or maybe a Lobsterfest fan?
From now through April 14th, you can celebrate the 30th anniversary of Lobsterfest by trying out some new and classic lobster dishes!
You can choose from nine different options so there is something for everyone, including:
- The new Wood-Grilled Lobster & Tacos (pictured above) feature wood-grilled split Maine lobster tail and three lobster-and-shrimp tacos with cilantro slaw, fresh pico de gallo and spicy ranch sauce. This sounds like something I would love (in case you wondering).
- The new Maine Lobster & Shrimp Trio also features a wood-grilled Maine lobster tail with garlic-grilled shrimp and lobster-and-shrimp mac ‘n’ cheese with a white Cheddar and bacon sauce, topped with Parmesan crumbs. It’s served with wild rice pilaf and I’m pretty sure J is drooling over this one.
- And don’t forget the Lobster Lover’s Dream. It offers a succulent rock lobster tail and sweet split Maine lobster tail, roasted and served with lobster and shrimp linguini Alfredo.
