Affirmations are positive statements you can repeat to yourself regularly to put healthy, quality beliefs into your subconscious to help you become happier, healthier, and wealthier (or any other thing you desire). AffirMOMtions are affirmations for moms, especially for busy moms! Say them often and say them with conviction! If you find yourself having negative thoughts, stop yourself and say something positive. Moms ROCK!
