Apple Cinnamon Chex Mix Recipe
I remember the first time I ever made Chex Mix. I’m not talking about the premixed kind you can buy in the stores now. I’m talking about seasoning and baking or something like that. It’s been a while so I don’t remember exactly. But I do remember that my sister and I made Chex Mix for the first time with my stepmom. She knew the Chex Mix recipe and thought it would be fun.
It is a memory I have never forgotten. It’s even more cherished now that my sister has passed away. Every time I eat Chex Mix, I think of the two of them. Food can be powerful when it comes to memories. Krista from Everyday Mom’s Meals shared her own apple cinnamon Chex Mix recipe and the memories associated with making it for her son’s birthday party.
